William “Billy” Lerner is a New York entrepreneur and business executive. He serves as CEO of iPark, one of New York City’s largest family-owned parking companies, and is the founder of the Billy4Kids philanthropic initiative.

William “Billy” Lerner serves as the President and CEO of iPark, formerly Imperial Parking Systems, New York’s largest family-owned parking garage operator with over 100 facilities throughout the metropolitan New York area. Having actively worked at a young age in the parking garages his father founded, William Lerner learned the value of strong work ethic early. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business, William Lerner entered the family business and helped redevelop operational functions ranging from financial management to overseeing technological transitions. He later expanded the company through acquisitions of sought-after properties across the New York real estate landscape. William “Billy” Lerner’s leadership has helped position iPark at the forefront of innovation within the parking industry.

William “Billy” Lerner has also been actively involved in charitable work for more than 20 years. One charity particularly close to his heart is Billy4Kids, a nonprofit initiative he founded to provide shoes and basic necessities to underprivileged children around the world. Recognizing how fortunate many children in the United States are to have basic necessities, Billy Lerner created Billy4Kids to help children in need and reduce infections caused by parasitic diseases. His dedication to philanthropy earned him the Humanitarian Award at the Annual Edeyo Gives Hope Gala in 2014. Billy Lerner has also received recognition from St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children, where he serves on the Children’s Board of Directors.

When not working, William “Billy” Lerner enjoys kite surfing, skiing, and traveling the world, though his greatest passion remains his family. William Lerner is a proud husband and father of three children. Despite the demands of leading iPark and pursuing philanthropic initiatives, Billy Lerner prioritizes spending time with his family and guiding his children from childhood into adulthood.
